Welcome to Zonov.ai ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"), an AI-powered healthcare workflow, documentation, automation, and clinical support platform designed for healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and authorized medical staff.

Customer and all authorized users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful healthcare, operational, administrative, documentation, workflow, and related authorized business purposes. Customer shall ensure that only properly authorized personnel are permitted to access the Platform.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that generated outputs may require review and verification, documentation outputs may contain omissions or inaccuracies, and healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for validating all documentation, records, summaries, and workflow outputs before use. Zonov.ai shall not be relied upon as the sole basis for clinical, operational, administrative, billing, compliance, or healthcare decisions.
Customer agrees to use the Platform in compliance with applicable healthcare laws, privacy laws, data protection regulations, recording consent laws, employment and operational regulations, and healthcare confidentiality obligations. Customer remains solely responsible for obtaining all legally required patient consents, notices, authorizations, permissions, and approvals required for the lawful use of the Platform.
Customer and users shall not:
All patient data, medical records, healthcare information, documentation, recordings, and uploaded content remain the property of the healthcare organization or authorized data owner. Zonov.ai acts as a technology service provider and data processor/service provider where applicable. Zonov.ai does not claim ownership over patient healthcare records and does not sell patient healthcare data.
Where Protected Health Information (PHI) or healthcare-sensitive information is processed, Zonov.ai implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to help protect such information. PHI protection measures may include:
Where applicable, Zonov.ai is designed to support healthcare organizations operating under healthcare privacy and security frameworks, including HIPAA and applicable healthcare data protection regulations. Where required and mutually agreed, Zonov.ai may enter into additional compliance-related agreements including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), enterprise security agreements, and healthcare compliance agreements.
Zonov.ai maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and operational safeguards designed to help protect healthcare-related and sensitive information. Security controls may include OAuth 2.0 authentication, TLS encryption, AES-256 encryption, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), audit logging, infrastructure monitoring, access management controls, vulnerability monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructure practices.
Zonov.ai implements reasonable measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, reduce risks of unauthorized disclosure, support secure data transmission, maintain system integrity, and support operational security controls. However, no internet-based or cloud-based system can guarantee absolute security, and unauthorized access, outages, or incidents may still occur despite security efforts.
Customer remains responsible for secure internal usage of the Platform, workforce access management, device security, credential management, internal network security, lawful data handling practices, and employee training and awareness.

The Platform may integrate with third-party systems, including EHR systems, AI providers, cloud infrastructure providers, healthcare software vendors, and APIs and integrations. Zonov.ai is not responsible for third-party outages, external system failures, third-party data inaccuracies, downtime caused by integrated services, or security incidents originating from third-party providers. Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and policies.
All Platform-related rights, including but not limited to software, branding, logos, documentation, AI systems, workflows, user interfaces, and proprietary technology, remain the exclusive property of Zonov.ai and its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Zonov.ai and its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, licensors, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for:
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zonov.ai, its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Zonov.ai may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated, security risks are identified, fraudulent or illegal activities are detected, required by law or regulatory authorities, or payment obligations remain unpaid.
Upon termination, access rights may be revoked, certain data may be retained where legally required, and ongoing legal obligations may continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws based on the region of deployment and use.
Where the Platform is used or deployed in India, applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements shall apply.
Where the Platform is used or deployed in the United States, applicable federal and state laws, including healthcare and privacy regulations, shall apply.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, national, and healthcare-specific regulations applicable to their use of the Platform.
Users acknowledge that they remain responsible for HIPAA compliance obligations where applicable, patient consent management, internal access control policies, workforce training, security risk management, and lawful healthcare operations. Zonov.ai provides technology infrastructure and assistive functionality but does not independently guarantee customer regulatory compliance.
Zonov.ai may update or modify these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform or through official notification. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
